What is a Community Group?

Community Groups are small groups ranging from 6-12 people who get together regularly in various homes for the purpose of developing a close network of friends and for personal and spiritual growth. They meet for about 1.5 hours (sometimes longer if they’re really having fun!) and are held throughout the week.

Why have Community Groups?

Sunday morning service at the church is great for celebrating God together, but doesn’t always allow the time or setting to develop friendships on a level that goes as deep as many would like. Community Groups allow the setting to share joys, hurts, struggles, and successes in a safe setting with people you can trust.

Do I have to join a Community Group if a attend The Ark?

No, but it is highly recommended. To gain the most out of attending The Ark and grow stronger as a Christian, groups are a great addition to weekly worship on Sunday.
